15 Minutes of Telekinesis Add Video

No shirt on my face this time, its just annoying and distracting, so i did it without this time. Got great reasults, and for a lont period. My control was meh, but my energy was good. thanks to meditation, if you think im breathing on it, watch my mouth and nose when you can, i can assure you i dont breath on it purposfully and i avoid breathing on it.

Thanks for your advice Davinciera. Ill do that during practice today with a few techniques of my own. ill record it and if i get good results. ill post it. cheers

i notice you focus your attention in one hand but both hands at first, i am a pessimistic when it comes to all this(as of its in my nature) but from one person who has matured their skills in a different way, try focusing your energy out of your body whole torwards and into the object rather than out one side of your body thru the object that you wish to move.

i honestly try to concentrate on a single direction of push..(usualy push anyways) usualy associated witht that is the feeling of a push like on two like sided magnets, or a pull like two oposite sided magnets. it can take up to an hour to actualy warm up, and to be able to get better results. so i usualy do this for a good while, untill i feel the best connection(it should feel like a tickle on the tip of your finger, thats when i know i have a good connection). then i set up my laptop to film. and then i focus in a direction, sometimes it feels like it wont move in the direction i want, so i like to rock my energy back and forth, such as trying to push, ill start to push, then pull, then push then pull, like a swing, trying harder and harder to push progressively. but sometimes this results in pulling. with recent attempts i found it easier to imagine lifting a little bit on the end i want to move then pushing it or pulling it. causing it to move easier at times when im having trouble. i found out its really all in what you think. if you dont fully think its going to be pushed, it wont. you really have to concentrate in knowing it will move to your command, so beliefe in yourself is really important i find.. i focus on the feeling to make sure im confident. such as making my fingers feel that tingle, like im actualy touching it when i can be inches away. long distance is a different story.

its a lot harder to go through a glass bowl from my attempts... although im getting better so i should try again soon. :)

Why not place the wheel under a large glass jar or something similar? That would considerably reduce the liklihood of breathing or other outside forces affecting the experiment .
